Proof of Address (PoA) is a document confirming your residential address. It’s required by partner banks and trading platforms to meet regulatory standards.

Be dated within the last 3 months
Show your name and address clearly
Match the country you selected during signup
You can upload your PoA at any time in the Action Centre section of the app.
