What should I do if my card is lost, stolen, or compromised?

If you suspect any issue with your card:

  • Open the Card tab in the app

  • Tap Freeze Card to immediately block usage

  • Tap Report Issue to contact Support and request a replacement

Your funds remain secure in your MatchMove account until the issue is resolved.
